This restaurant serves high quality pasta. If our guests desire, any kind of pastas dish, it can be served with Pasta di Gragnano, an Italian excellence obtained from a mixture of hard wheat semolina with water from the local aquifer, drawn “al bronzo” and sun-dried, produced throughout the territory of the municipality of Gragnano.
Since October 2013, at European level, the name “Pasta di Gragnano” has been recognized as a protected geographical indication.
For guests with gluten allergy problems this restaurant can prepare spaghetti or macaroni gluten-free.
For each portion of pasta di Gragnano or pasta gluten-free a surcharge 60 Baht will be applied
All the gnocchi of potatoes served in our restaurant are strictly homemade and prepared, within the limit of the permitted, at the time of the customer’s order.
Dumplings can be added to spinach or pumpkin, may be white potatoes or purple depending on the season.
For guests with gluten allergy problems this restaurant can prepare dumplings with gluten-free flours
For each portion a surcharge 60 Baht will be applied
In our restaurant we only serve Italian rice such as Arborio or Carnaroli. The waiting time is about 20-25 minutes because nothing is pre cooked.
All the risotto are enhanced with butter and parmigiano cheese.
